    We had a right proper time! The rooftop was a standout, wiv its lush pool and fab brekkie options. The staff were friendly, but waiting a bit too long for our breakfast every morn was a bit of a bummer. But overall, loved it!

    Stylish room, spacious room, the studio I stayed in was beautifully decorated with a nice sofa and a large layout, and the breakfast was perfect with a wide variety of choices and generous portions, making it an excellent way to start the day after a comfortable night.

    The only downside was the minor noise from the rooftop bar that might disturb some light sleepers during the evenings.

    Noise from the rooftop DJ can disrupt your sleep well into midnight, which isn't ideal if you need rest. Maintenance work on the pool deck created temporary disappointment, even if they later provided a thoughtful amenity. The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe.

    The daily turn-down service was a treat, and ordering room service from the Gigi menu until 11pm added convenience to our stay. The spacious rooms and delicious breakfast.

    We did have a frustrating experience waiting nearly an hour for extra water bottles we requested, and had to follow up multiple times.
